Product Listings and Pricing
LoTheMaR Opals reserves the right to change or update any product listings and prices. Any changes are immediately effective when posted. LoTheMaR Opals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to changes, incorrect information or typographical errors.
Any prices for products that are unset (gemstone and mineral cabochons, rough pieces, opals, carved animals, hearts and crosses) include the cost of setting and the customer must inform LoTheMaR Opals if setting is not desired.

Shipping
Any applicable shipping charges will be determined at the time of purchase and may be affected by weight, method of delivery and insurance amount. All products are shipped with insurance. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.

Returns and Warranties
Any purchase may be returned for a full refund, less taxes and shipping costs, within 30 days of the purchase date.
All setting and wire work performed by LoTheMaR Opals is guaranteed, free of charge, for the life of the item. If any repairs need to be made on any wire work or setting, simply contact LoTheMaR Opals for return information.
Any individual stones, carved animals, hearts, crosses or beads carry a 30 day warranty. After this period, LoTheMaR Opals is not responsible for any damage to these items unless the work performed by LoTheMaR Opals was the direct cause.


By purchasing from this site, the customer is assumed to have read and accepted the above terms and policies.
